Deciding if therapy is right for you often depends on how you’re feeling and what you’re experiencing. If you’re struggling with emotional challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or facing difficulty navigating life’s stressors—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or past trauma—therapy can offer valuable support. If you’re unsure, our therapist can discuss your needs and help you determine whether therapy could be a helpful step in an initial consultation session.
